ShinsHOE Supreme
Also known as "Arlowa 'I'm Fast' ShinsHOE." 
Arlowa is an overzealous animator, writer, great lover of Himbos, and first-time mod. Her OTPs include Shinchako and Kacchako, but she WILL simp for Kirishima until she perishes.
Chibi
Intern
A vocal advocate and hype woman for all things fandom, Chibi is excited to spread The Shinsou Agenda. She is a longtime writer for Kacchako and KiriKacchako but will gladly simp for The Boy.
Eo
PR Manager
Eo mods and writes for the 2022 Kacchako Big Bang and a smattering of HQ bangs. The other mods are her only anchors to the BNHA fandom because she loves them too much to consider leaving.
M
Deputy Mod / Co-Graphics
M doesn't really want to be here—but she's here anyway. 
Her OTP is anything other than Shinsou with someone. Probably likes Kacchako or Monochako.

Noot
Technical Director
Noot is a mod for the 2022 Kacchako Big Bang, a writer for random pairings, and a general lover of everything that needs Ao3 warnings. Noot's OT3 is shinkacchako—don't make them choose between shinchako and kacchako as their OTP.

Sweets is a first-time mod and long-time writer. She has created numerous fanworks for BNHA and has published original stories. Her one true OTP is kacchako

Social Media Mod
Tai is a chaos demon (Muzan could NEVER) who writes to make you feel the fee fees. She is the current Chaos Mod for the 2022 Kacchako Big Bang, amongst other things. Her OTP is Izukacchako, though Shinsou has a chokehold over her organs because she loves him so much!

What’s the Shinchako Mini-Bang?
Shinchako Mini-Bang is an upcoming 18+ bang event pairing artists and writers together to create fanworks centered around the relationship between Shinsou Hitoshi and Uraraka Ochako! Check out our Guidebook for even more information.
What roles can participate in the Mini-Bang?
There are four primary roles involved with creating content for this Mini-Bang.Writers
Writers write! They come up with the general story ideas that artists will anonymously choose from to draw art for.Artists
Artists art! Based on anonymous summaries submitted by the writers, artists will choose stories which sound interesting to them for illustrating. From their ‘summary selection’, the Mods will pair them with a writer to form a Team.Betas
Betas…edit (sorry betas beta just sounds off)! Similar to artists, betas will also choose from the summaries that sound most interesting to them, and Mods will assign them to a Team.Pinch-Hitters
Step up to the plate! Life happens and sometimes people have to drop. Artist, Writer, and Beta Pinch-Hitters will fill in for these lost team members.
Are OT3 (or more) Ships welcome for the Shinchako Mini-Bang?
OT3s or more are welcome in the bang so long as the main focus of the piece is on the relationship between Shinsou and Uraraka.
Is NSFW content allowed for the Shinchako Mini-Bang?

Is Problematic content allowed?

Yes, there are no content restrictions for the 2022 Shinchako Mini-Bang; however, everything MUST be tagged appropriately.

Can anyone join The Shinsou Agenda?
The Shinsou Agenda is an 18+ server. So as long as you are over 18 years old you are more than welcome to join us in spreading the word! Anyone found to be under 18 will be removed from the server.
Who are your Mods?
The Shinsou Mod Team is made up of 18+ creators participating in multiple fandoms who have all been brainwashed come together over their mutual love of Shinsou.
